Receives Client’s job order and manpower requirement

Confirms job order with overseas agents to source for qualified candidates based on Client’s requirement

Arrange Client to interview shortlisted candidates via WhatsApp / We Chat / Telephone

Operation team will arrange airport pick up, medical test and accommodation for the candidates

Upon approval of IPA and security bond is executed, will arrange the arrival of the candidates

Process work pass application and prepare all necessary documents for Client to sign

Briefing the candidates on Client’s employment contract, rules and regulations, and etc

Consultant will accompany the candidates to Client on the first day reporting

Admin team will update the candidate’s address via MOM website

Assist Client on all matters relating to application / renewal / cancellation and other matters pertaining to MOM

We will do our utmost to resolve any candidate’s issues throughout the employment period

Admin team will arrange for the thumb print process and POSB account opening as per Client’s schedule
